Meet Rachel
Therapist specializing in Anxiety, Trauma, and Neurodivergence
in Millis, MA
Truthfully, sometimes I’m surprised this is my life (aren’t we all though?). I never saw myself as a “Therapist”, and I don’t think I fit the typical mold. What started as a way to empower parents of kids with autism has led to over 25 years of working with children and their families in schools, homes, and community settings.
I am a down-to-earth, honest therapist who will gently challenge you to be your best. You know what you want to be different about your life, and I will follow your lead to determine our goals.
I want to empower you to be the driving force in your life, not feel like you are just ‘along for the ride’. I will start where you’re at and help you take steps toward feeling better- whatever that means for you.
Taking the first step can be scary. I’d love to connect with you and discuss how therapy can help you.
When I’m not working, my Therapy dog Higgins keeps me busy. He loves working with teenagers, First Responders, and hiking in the woods.
